Refund & Delivery Policy

Dispatch Times:

When placing your order, you can select your preferred dispatch date at checkout. Our dispatch days are every Wednesday and Thursday, ensuring your biscuits are freshly prepared and on their way as quickly as possible. Orders will be dispatched no earlier than Wednesday and no later than Thursday of the chosen week. This allows us to carefully handcraft and package each order with the attention it deserves. Please make sure to double check your chosen dispatch date during checkout to avoid any confusion.

Order Cut Off Times:

  • Saturday: Order by 3pm for next week’s dispatch.

Delivery Policy:

We take great care to ensure your orders are packaged securely and handed over to our trusted courier, Royal Mail, for delivery. However, once the parcel has been dispatched and is in the possession of the courier, we are not responsible for the any delays, final delivery location or where the parcel is left by the courier.

Damaged Parcels:

We take great care in packaging our biscuits to ensure they are well protected and arrive in perfect condition. Each order is carefully wrapped with padding and placed in sturdy packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of Royal Mail and we cannot guarantee that biscuits wont occassionally be damaged during delivery. If your biscuits arrive broken, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly to file a claim for compensation

Delivery Options:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked | 1-2 Days Delivery

  • While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may take longer. For guaranteed delivery, choose Special Delivery.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked | 2-3 Days Delivery

  • While 95% of deliveries arrive the 48hrs after dispatch, it may take longer.

Important Notes:

  • 24 & 48 Tracked: This is not a guaranteed service. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control may affect this.

Holiday Periods: Orders placed during Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. No Royal Mail deliveries on Bank Holidays.

Delivery Notifications: You will receive updates on any delays email from Royal Mail. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Incomplete or incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries, may result in delayed orders.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Each order is handmade with care, and as our products are edible and personalised, we are unable to resell them.

Can I amend my order?
We kindly ask that customer double check all order details before completing their purchase, as we are unable to accept order amendments after the order is placed. This is because we cannot guarantee that changes will be processed accurately.

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at alex@doodlebiscuits.co.uk to request a cancellation. Once your order is cancelled you can place a new order with the correct details. This ensures everything is accurate and avoids any potential mix ups.
