Yes, the edible pens that come with our colour your own biscuit boxes have an expiry date printed on the box. They typically last several months if stored correctly.

Delivery costs vary based on the size and weight of your order. Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Currently, orders are baked on a Monday, packed on a Tuesday and dispatched on a Wednesday and Thursday.

No, we do not offer discounts for bulk orders.

We do however sell wholesale. If you wish to become a wholesaler, please contact us directly with your order details, and we’ll provide you with a custom quote.

Yes, you can order extra edible pens in packs of 3 or 6. These are perfect for adding more colour and detail to your edible creations.

We are unable to accept order amendments after the order is placed. This is because we cannot guarantee that changes will be processed accurately. If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at alex@doodlebiscuits.co.uk to request a cancellation.

Once your order is cancelled, you can place a new order with the correct details.
